The location was stunning, right by close to numerous bars, rooftops of Ribeira – a very atmospheric and downtown, in the historic area, in a tourist area. Truly enjoyed the room with reasonable selection, my bed was lovely. The breakfast was fine, I would like to go back there again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of all the major attractions. the staff was helpful and pleasant, and the facilities were clean. the breakfast was lovely, with a variety of fresh fruit and delicious croissants.
I found the majority of the staff to be rude and unhelpful, except for one employee. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and often smoked outside with their friends.
